Booking
Appointments are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled or refunded.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your consultation may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for the service or services listed, unless otherwise stated. If the voucher was purchased 12 month prior or more the monetary value can be used toward a service in case prices change.

Consultation Results
Colour analysis is a professional assessment based on the principles of the CMB Colour System, your natural colouring, and my professional judgement.
While the underlying scientific principles of colour analysis are widely recognised, different colour analysis systems and consultants may use different methodologies, terminology, or seasonal classifications. As a result, recommendations may vary slightly between systems without being incorrect.
My aim is to provide you with personalised guidance that helps you feel confident in the colours you wear, rather than to assign a definitive or universal colour category.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. AR Chroma Studio does not store your payment card details.

All written materials, colour guides, and resources remain the intellectual property of AR Chroma Studio and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
